How our service works:
Step 1. You request audit of medical bills Step 2. A Release of Records/Confidentiality Agreement is signed by the patient/guarantor and our company. Step 3. A copy of billing and medical records are forwarded to nurse reviewer. (These can be obtained by you at no cost to you.) Step 4. If errors are found, your provider/insurance company will be notified in writing requesting a refund to you.
Pricing Initial audit provided at no cost if itemized bill and medical records are provided by the patient. There may be fees associated if records are requested by outside parties.
A 20% fee is assessed upon completion of audit for money due back to you. At an error rate of over 90%, you can see that this too good to pass up.
